5r77 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, on a deposit of ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus funds may be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

5r77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. 5r77 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Errors

8.1 Account Closure by 5r77

5r77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete age verification or being underage.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. To do so, contact our support team via live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any existing balance will be provided before the account is closed, however bonus funds will be cancelled.

8.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts in accordance with the applicable policy.
